Christmas past by, the people are already trhowing the christmast

rees out. They did’nt even unpack this tree.

I bet they (shopowners) didn’t only use it as a burglar bar,they also wanted attention.

После конца света, обещалось, родители будут учиться у детей.

И вот…

А+А затеяли пирог – и обнаружили, что не хватает 2 яиц. Воскресенье вечер, магазины не работают. Ал предложил пойти к соседям. Я усомнилась: здесь не принято. Ал настаивал.

-Ну хорошо, сходи к немцам…
-Они не немцы.
-Сходи к соседям.

Мы с Ан думали: можно попросить 2 яйца, пообещать завтра отдать. Или предложить заплатить. Гневно отверг идею.

Отправился к соседям, изложил просьбу, пообещал “может быть, принести кусок пирога, когда будет готов”.

Замечательно сработало.

Испекли – отнес. Было 20:45, долго не открывали, я уговаривала отложить подношение, Ал упорно стучался. Наконец сосед открыл, в пижаме. Изумился пирогу, поблагодарил…

По-моему, получилось здорово. Не ожидала…

Всего 5 воспоминаний… за целый год?.. Фото точно больше, даже если строго отбирать… Остается разве объединять в “серии”.

1. Кораблик – чего бы это нам ни стоило…

Было прекрасно: бесконечное ожидание на шлюзах, переговоры с охраной, полевые цветы, тишина и кузнечики, зеркало воды – где верх, где низ?

Прыгали с берега на корабль, удивляя случайных свидетелей, местных. Те завидовали: уплыть далеко, в праздник…

Темнеет, огни, шлюзы, спать не хочется.

2. Музей городского быта в Угличе, переместились в другое время.

3. Их радости в России, моя – отраженная

Тихое, созерцательное. Лилия растет незамеченной где-то у берега

4. Берлинские вылазки.

Мини-гольф от художников.

Славянская деревня в Нойштрелице.

И в “садах мира” – всегда хорошо.

  1. Dieser Glockenturm ist in Russland neben der Stadt Kaljasin.

Sie wollten ein Wasserraumspeicher machen.

Deswegen haben sie das Land unter Wasser gesetzt.

Das sah irgendwie gruselig aus.

2.   Hier waren wir in Uglich.

Ich habe mich als Zarentochter verkleidet.

Das war lustig.

      3. Hier bin ich immernoch in Uglich.

Ich habe mich als feine Dame verkleidet.

Das war cool.

       4.Das ist in einer Stadt in Russland.

In einem riesigen Park ist ein Fluss.

Das ist eine Insel auf dem Fluss.

Ich hab ein Bootsteg gefunden und hab einfach so ins Wasser gestarrt.

5.Hier bin ich in Deutschland.

Wir haben eine Webseite gefunden, wo man verschiedene Haarschnitte ausprobieren kann.

Das war lustig.

Взялась в каникулы за книжку”Полутораглазый стрелец”.

Начались конкретные глюки. Еду в автобусе – вижу вывеску: “Бобэоби”. Еду дальше – еще вывеска: “Велимир”. И подтверждение следует: улица Хлебникова. Футуристическое подмигивание – в российской провинции!

НО.

ЕСЛИ присмотреться внимательнее –

хочется опять заснуть.

“Бэби ооо бум”. “Веломир”. “ул. генерала Хлебникова”…

Another clanger from DW-TV

Deutsche Welle-TV is running a series of reports about the Berlinale – the Berlin International Film Festival – on the lodgings and other amenities provided for the visiting movie stars and other industry bigwigs.  Title: Servicing the Stars. (!)  I’m not making this up.  When used as a verb, “service” has an explicitly sexual meaning, generally having to do with the mating of livestock or pedigree animals.  A bull, for example, “services” a cow to produce calves, which, it is hoped, will carry certain desirable traits – such as more meat.  Or a prize terrier can “services” a pedigree bitch with a view to whelping expensive pups.  Now I realize many of these people may aptly be labelled “prize bitch” or worse, but… C’mon guys!  Ask an English-speaker before you put something like this on international TV!  There are more pitfalls to this language – especially obscene ones – than are dreamt of in your philosophy, Horatio.
